We are a small team of experienced animal lovers (including an ex farmer and proficient horse rider) who would like to offer you peace of mind for your home and animals when you are away from £65 a night
As part of the service we will: Look after your home, remove post, open and close windows and curtains, put bins out and ensure that your home looks occupied.
We can arrange viewings on your property, live in the house over the weekend (or whatever period of time suits) and conduct as many viewings as required.
We have an ex farmer and a very proficient horse rider in our team so we don’t just deal with dogs and cats (although we’re very, very happy to).
We will: Call to meet you and your pets and animals before you go away so that you know exactly who will be in your home while you are away. Give you as many or as few updates as you need during the period we’re with your house and animals
Our concierge service is available to all clients whether you are away from home or not. Over the years we have been fortunate to meet people who have a passion for what they do and they now work with us to provide an excellent service.
We have a range of services that we are able provide which include Full Spring Clean, Gardening, Car Valeting, Pet Grooming, Shopping, Dry Cleaning, Basic PA Services (take business calls, make appointments, arrange meetings etc.
In addition to the above we are delighted to announce that we can now offer a catering service, we will take the stress out of hosting a party for you and provide wonderful home cooked food for you and your guests. We will come and discuss your requirements designing a menu together and taking all the work away from you leaving you free to enjoy your event. Hi, my name is Jools and this is my company. For the last five years I have regularly looked after pets and houses for my friends and in the last 12 months I have been working part time as a professional house and pet sitter. It’s been so brilliant to be back with animals again that I’ve decided to take the plunge and become a full time house and pet sitter. I intend to offer a bespoke service which I hope you’ll find useful and extremely affordable.
We have always had pets in our family. Growing up meant a lot of travelling about as my father was in the RAF, but it didn’t matter where we went - the cats came too! I cannot remember a time when there weren’t cats roaming around the house or in later years, Cracker, our fabulous and very well loved collie, on the prowl for someone to play ’chuck’ with him.
When I left home I had my own Persian cat (the beautiful Samsara) but my career in estate agency meant that I had less and less time to spend with her and so took the heart breaking decision to entrust her to a friend (with unlimited visitation rights, of course).
That’s why I love the direction my life has taken me! I was made redundant some time ago and together with my friend and business partner, Jackie, set up a cake and cup cake making company: Cupcakes and Co. The flexibility of working for myself has, in turn, allowed me to start house and pet sitting. I can’t have a pet of my own as I’m in a flat and I don’t think that would be fair but it does mean that I’m a free agent to travel about and look after YOUR pets. It’s a win:win situation - you get your house and animals looked after by a genuine animal lover and I get to have pets again albeit on a time share basis!
I have collected a fabulous group of people together who share my love of animals but also know how to respect your home - we look forward to meeting you!
We have used both Jools and her sister, Kim (when Jools was not available), to house sit and look after our dogs on different occasions - and intend to do so for many more! They are both very warm and friendly, dependable, competent and their love of animals is obvious. On our return, the dogs have always been happy and the house clean and tidy.
They are everything you could wish for in house sitters and I would recommend them without hesitation.

We can’t recommend Jools’ service highly enough. We usually send our menagerie to kennel and than worried about having an empty house! Jools was wonderful with all the animals and kept the House lovely and tidy. The added extra was when we came home, after a long trip, to a lovely clean home, happy animals, and a restocked fridge..... As well as some lovely freshly baked cupcakes! Yum! Wonderful! Wish we had found you years ago !
